Dear Family and Friends,
Holiday Greetings! We pray that all is well with every one of you! As we bring 2018 to a close with all the memories, blessings, trials and victories we want to give God Praise and Thanks! As promised, we want to also personally invite you to a another joyful, wonderful and grand Trawick Family Reunion!
The members of the Trawick Family Reunion Executive Committee are excited to invite all the Roots, Branches, Stems, Leaves and Seeds to the 41st Trawick Family Reunion July 19th ,20th & 21st 2019. The New Jersey Committee is more excited than YOU are to be your host for this upcoming reunion. They are hoping that you will start making plans and marking that date to come to NEW JERSEY! Fun and exciting SUPRISES and activities are being planned for what will certainly be a memory-making reunion for attendees for ALL AGES!!
Stay tuned early in the new year 2019 as we roll out the 2019 Family Reunion Theme as well as the location of our venue and related plans. We are taking great care to make sure this is a reunion that will be both affordable and worth the trip for family budgets!
Newark, NJ is where we held the 1st Trawick Family Reunion 41 years ago honoring our roots and heritage from Henry County and Dothan/Abbevile, Alabama. We plan to continue to honor and cherish that tradition of our elders, founders, matriarchs and patriarchs as we teach, connect, reconnect, share and strengthen the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th……even 9th generations of Henry and Alice’s’ legacy. It’s about these kids, it’s about giving them the hope, healing, hunger, direction and blueprint of the larger family that THEY belong to.
PLEASE please to come. Don’t break they chain or deny them their birthrights. This promises to be a time of remembering-rejoicing-renewing-rebooting and refreshing. But our major purpose is to honor our loved ones no longer with us, unite and RE-UNITE as a FAMILY, recall, laugh and cherish the history and new traditions as the foundation for the ENTIRE umbrella of the Trawick Family!
I hope, and I pray that I will see you there…….
In your service
Even though the fig trees have no blossom, and there are no grapes on the vine; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren, even through the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God for my salvation. The Sovereign Lord is my strength! He will make me as surefooted as a deer and bring me safely over the mountains.
