Here is some useful information to get you into the park and navigating to the festivities.
For those of you Registered to stay at the Stone Mountain Inn- You must announce yourself as "46th Annual Trawick Family Reunion" hotel guest for free admission to the park for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
FRIDAY MEET & GREET - 6pm to 9pm in the Lee Room.
The Sunday business meeting will be from 8:30 am to 10:30 am in the Lee Room.

Stone Mountain Park is looking forward to hosting the Trawick Family Reunion on Saturday, July 20. Attached are maps, driving directions and assorted info. We will be at the Twin Oaks Pavilion, which is conveniently located adjacent to our Crossroads Attractions Area. On the Stone Mountain Park Driving Map, the Twin Oaks Pavilion is located at map grid location G-9. You can park in either the Crossroads Parking Lot or Twin Oaks Parking Lot and walk to the pavilion.
Here’s info that will help you enjoy your day:
PARK ENTRY: To enter Stone Mountain Park on July 20 without being charged an entry fee, your guests should identify themselves at the entrance gate as being with the Trawick Family Reunion at the Twin Oaks Pavilion. You may leave and re-renter the park throughout the day on July 20 at no cost.
TWIN OAKS PAVILLION: Our event and pavilion rental are 10 am-3 pm. The Twin Oaks Pavilion has lights, electrical outlets, restrooms, an open area for activities, and a sand volleyball court. Feel free to bring a volleyball and games. Since we will be outside all day, please stay hydrated. We will have disposable bottles of water, non-alcoholic beverages and ice only before and after the buffet service and not during the buffet service. No alcohol is allowed at the park. Coolers are permitted in the Twin Oaks Pavilion area.
The buffet and beverages will be removed after our serving time is completed so please be there to enjoy the great food by 12 pm. Please note that, due to health department regulations, food and beverages remaining on the buffet after the serving time has ended cannot be removed from the pavilion area. TO-GO food plates and beverages are strictly prohibited.
ATTRACTIONS & EVENTS: The Crossroads attraction area is located near the Railroad Pavilion. Most of the attractions, including Dinosaur Explore, are located at or near Crossroads. Two attractions that aren’t are Historic Square, located across Robert E. Lee Blvd., and the Historical & Environmental Education Center, located one mile from Crossroads at the Mountain Walk-Up Trail. On July 20, the SkyRide attraction is scheduled to begin operating at 10:00 am; the Scenic Railroad at 11:20 am; and the rest of the attractions at 10:30 am. Please note that closed-toe shoes are required for many of our attractions, including SkyHike.

SPECIAL BONUS - Stone Mountain Park will be hosting the annual Summer at the Rock event. There will be a variety of fun shows and special events in the Crossroads attractions area. Parents and kids alike can cool off with the Water Works show, where a leaky pipe calls for the Water Works crew to clean the mess with a little help from the audience. The littlest guests will love to take a voyage through their imaginations in search of treasure at Campfire Cottage. Explore the Deep Sea Glow Cove for new sensory games and activities in a fun blacklight experience. Don’t miss the Puppy Pals Show, as seen on America’s Got Talent, bringing super cute rescue dogs to show their spectacular stunts! Attraction Pass wristbands are required for access to all Summer at the Rock activities. For more information, visit: https://stonemountainpark.com/activity/events/summer-at-the-rock/. Bands will be passed out Friday and Saturday to all family members who have confirmed payment in advance.
ATTRACTIONS PASS – Attractions Pass wristbands are required for all guests ages 3-and-up to enjoy our attractions, Summer at the Rock activities and the Drone & Light Show. Any Attractions Passes that are not used on Saturday, July 20, can be used in the attraction area at Stone Mountain Park on a different date, through the end of 2024. Please note that the attraction schedule varies on different days, and that the Attraction Pass does not include applicable park entry/parking fees when used on a date other than July 20. Other restrictions may apply.
ATTRACTION PASS UPGRADE – Your guests can upgrade the Attraction Passes that are part of your event package to a regular Mountain Membership or a Platinum Mountain Membership. We have a special rate of $25.00 + tax per-person for the Mountain Membership or $75.00 + tax for the Platinum. To receive either of these upgrade rates, your guests should take their wristbands to any ticket location at Stone Mountain Park and request the upgrade. This upgrade offer is good only on the day that the Attraction Passes are used.
DRONE & LIGHT SHOW – Stone Mountain Park’s popular Music Across America Drone & Light Show is scheduled for 9:30 pm on July 20. To view, your guests can sit on the Lasershow Lawn, located behind Memorial Hall. Please note that Attraction Pass wristbands are required for entry into the Drone & Light Show, so please save your wristbands to visit the attraction area after our event.
RESTRICTIONS – Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into Stone Mountain Park. In addition, outside caterers and food service providers are prohibited. Buffet foods provided by Stone Mountain Park’s catering department cannot be removed from the pavilion area. To-go food plates and beverages are strictly prohibited.
